Creating the Contract
Purchase order submitted by the Customer is a Purchase & Sale Agreement between a Customer (hereafter referred to as “Buyer”) and Bambuskeskus OÜ (hereafter referred to as “Seller”). By submitting a purchase order, the Buyer accepts and agrees the Terms & Conditions provided below. Seller shall fill an order within 5 working days after full payment has been received. In the case of extended delivery time the Seller will inform Buyer by email or phone as soon as possible.
All prices quoted are in Euros and include VAT at 20%. Seller reserves the right to change prices. Seller will not change the price of an order the Buyer has already made without prior notification. This may only happen in the unlikely event that a typing error has occurred and the price has been displayed incorrectly. In this instance, Seller reserves the right to withdraw the order and offer it again at the correct price.
Maximum delivery time for goods within Estonia is 5 working days from the day the payment is received by Seller. If Seller is unable to deliver the goods sold in accordance to maximum delivery time stated above the Buyer will be notified by email or phone as soon as possible. The goods will be delivered to the Buyer by DPD courier or Bambuskeskus OÜ. The Buyer may also collect goods from the Seller`s premises (located at Tervise 30, Keila 76607) by prior agreed appointment. If goods are being ordered from outside Estonia the Seller and Buyer will agree on delivery time and delivery charge.
Seller shall not be held liable for the delay of delivery if the delay of goods has been delivered by a third party (e.g. courier company). Seller shall not be held liable for the delay of delivery if the delay of delivery has been caused by circumstances, which the Seller could not affect and the occurrence of which the Seller did not foresee or could not have foreseen (Force majeure).
Cancellation and Withdrawal
Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return goods or claim exchange of goods within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal contract will expire after 14 days from the day Buyer acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal the Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw from this contract by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.

All returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. All returned goods must must be properly labelled with product information and packaged in its original packaging or packaging providing the goods with protection equivalent to the original packaging (cardboard and foil). All goods consist of several parts and packed separately must be returned the same way as it was received.
If the goods returned by the Buyer are damaged or not properly packed and labelled, the Seller is entitled to incurred damage reimbursement from the Buyer. If the goods are significantly damaged by Buyer, the decrease in value (the amount compensated by the buyer) is also greater. Expenses related to return of goods shall be paid by the Buyer. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the seller shall return to the buyer the goods without delay, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.
Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the order if the ordered goods are out of stock. In that event the Seller returns the money to the Buyer or, if the Buyer wishes, informs of the arrival time of the new goods or offers to choose a different product of the same value instead.
Dispute settlement procedure
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address: email@example.com or call 00372 58950720.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the:Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be viewed and the application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint in the commission is free of charge.
The buyer can turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform EU CDRP.
Buyer´s personal information, entered for performing the purchases, is confidential information and is not subject to disclosure to third parties, except for cases prescribed by the law or for forwarding the goods to the transportation company.
How to buy
Select the right product from your product catalog and add it to the shopping cart by clicking the Add To Cart button. Adding a product basket does not oblige you to purchase a product. You can add as many products as you like to your shopping cart.
You can view and order products in your shopping cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart at the top right of the page. By clicking the Continue shopping button in the shopping cart, you will be returned to the product catalog where you can re-view, select and buy products.
To place an order, click the Order form button.
You can either buy as a visitor (ie you do not need to create your own account) or register yourself as a permanent user. To do this, you'll need to enter an email address and click the Create Account button. Now you need to fill in the required fields and then click the Register button.
Then click Next to confirm your order.
Choose the appropriate shipping method and click Next to confirm your order. If you wish, you can pick up the goods yourself at Tervise 30, Keila (in which case the time of delivery must be agreed in advance). Arrivals can be made in cash on site.
You have the option to choose whether you want to pay via the Payment Center bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV Bank, Luminor, Coop) or to pay by invoice.
We will execute the order after receiving 100% payment to Bambuskeskus OÜ's current account.
